Spend an afternoon making beautiful handmade books at the cosy Glyde-In Community Centre glydein.org.au. Bridget will show you how to bind, cover, and assemble three different books made from leather, card, book cloth and specialist materials. (Leather journal, hard cover French link stitch book & pamphlet stitch notebook. Learn decorative binding stitches and individualise your books by hand embellishing. Choose your own colours and decorative papers. All materials supplied + a set of ‘how-to’ notes. Tea, coffee and biscuits provided.
