Back in my studio I often strive to convey the feeling of safety and calm I feel when walking in the bush, particularly those rare times when no road or human activity can be heard. This print stems from a visit to Boyagin rock (West Pingelly). The day was quiet and overcast, ancient boulders lay undisturbed amongst saplings and Wandoo trees. Leaves drifted silently to the ground. Time appeared to stand still; the city forgotten.
