The story behind this print.
December 2019 I spent time camping near Saint Mary's Inlet in the Fitzgerald River National Park, WA. The inlet is a quiet spot of ancient parched beauty and hidden colours, not much water remains. I spent a few afternoons painting here. This print depicts the startling pink of sun dried salt bush and the mystery of the paperbark groves that line the shores.
